Ling Ling is a wealthy city, stationed in the south of Jing. It has people from the Nanman and the Shanyue tribes and normal Chinese people as inhabitants. The city is protected in the north and east by the Great River and has never been attacked by the south, because the city always had a good relationship with the southern tribes.
